Summary statement:
Korean Epilepsy Society (KES) has progressed very rapidly since
its establishment on June, 1996. Since Nov. 1998, KES newly established
special commissions: AED therapy, surgery, and social affairs, in
its regular organization and recently enrolled commission for quality
control. KES is getting more recognition form other academic societies
in Korea.
